Our Return Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. All items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ear Plugs
  • Swimwear (both Men’s and Kid’s)
  • Wetsuits (both Men’s and Kids’)

These items are only eligible for exchange if defective.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our surf-savvy team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship It Back – Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  4. Inspect & Process – We’ll inspect your return within 3-5 days of receipt and notify you about your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? No problem! The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Just specify what you’d like instead when you contact us.

For international exchanges, you may need to pay additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement ASAP.
