We offer everything a surfer needs to ride the waves in style and comfort! Our product range includes:

Are your products suitable for beginner surfers?
Absolutely! We carry products for surfers at all levels, from first-timers to pros. Our Kids Wetsuits and Bodyboard Accessories sections are perfect for beginners, while advanced surfers will love our performance Men’s Wetsuits and Board Bags.
How do I choose the right wetsuit size?
Each product page includes detailed size charts to help you find your perfect fit. When in doubt, size up for comfort – you want to be able to move freely in the water. Remember that wetsuits should fit snugly but not restrict movement.
Ordering & Account Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout.
How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping info, and get access to special offers!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. Once your order is processed, we can’t modify it, but you can return items under our return policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Our Vermont-based team processes all orders within 1-2 business days – we’re surfers too, so we understand the urgency when you need that new gear!
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your surf gear’s journey from our Vermont headquarters right to your local break!
What if I need my order urgently?
While we don’t currently offer express shipping, our standard option via DHL/FedEx is the fastest way to get your gear. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering well before you need the items.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase! If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
