Global Shipping Made Simple
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) because the stoke of surfing shouldn’t have borders. Our Vermont-based team processes all orders within 1-2 business days – we’re surfers too, so we understand the urgency when you need that new wetsuit or board bag!
Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your surf gear’s journey from our Vermont headquarters right to your local break.

What if I need my order urgently?
While we don’t currently offer express shipping, our standard option via DHL/FedEx is the fastest way to get your gear. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering well before you need the items.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally except to some remote locations and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure, email our customer service team at [email protected] before ordering.
What about customs and import fees?
International customers may be subject to customs fees depending on local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all packages accurately as “sporting goods” or “apparel.”
Our No-Worries Return Policy
If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase, just like we are when we catch the perfect wave.
